A blend of Marquette and Frontenac Red. Fresh and crisp with flavors of black current, plum. A hint of peppery flavors with some smoky oak finish. Medium body dry red of Champlain is served at 65 degrees Ferenheit. Aged for 18 months in oak barrel. Smooth finish and very pleasant on the palate.
